The MRED Entrepreneur Journey – Series Part 2

 

The difference between people who dream and people who build is simple: action. Many people have great ideas, but only a few take the first real step toward turning those ideas into a business. For me, that first major step was the creation of Mred Corp Solutions — the company that opened the door to the MRED business family.

 

 

The Moment the Idea Became Real

 

The concept behind Mred Corp Solutions began as a simple thought:


“I want to create a business that solves real problems and delivers real value.”

 

I didn’t yet know the full direction the business would take, but I knew I wanted to build something professional, something structured, and something that could grow over time. The idea wasn’t enough — I had to act on it.

This is when I realized:


A business is not created the day you think of it. It’s created the day you decide to commit.

 

 

Facing the early Challenges

 

When I first started Mred Corp Solutions, I had more questions than answers:

 

How do I register a company?

 

Which documents do I need?

 

How does branding work?

 

Where do I start with marketing?

 

How do I build an online presence?


These challenges felt overwhelming at times. I made mistakes, I tried things that didn’t work, and I had moments of doubt. But every step — even the imperfect ones — moved me forward.

 

I learned something important:


Entrepreneurship rewards courage, not perfection.

 

Learning Through Action

 

I quickly understood that the best way to learn business is by doing business. I didn’t wait for everything to be perfect. I took the first step:

 

Registered the company

 

Chose the name

 

Started building an identity

 

Worked on the services offered

 

Learned how to manage clients

 

Learned the basic online tools

 

Built structure piece by piece


The more actions I took, the more the vision became clearer.

Mred Corp Solutions became more than just a startup with paperwork — it became the foundation of my entrepreneurial journey.

It taught me about:

Setting goals and staying accountable

Every entrepreneur must build these skills, and this company became my training ground.

 

It shaped the discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking that later made MRED Holdings, Mred Hair Salon & Barber Shop, Mred Farm, and Mred Garden Services possible.

Your first business will always be special, not because it’s perfect, but because it teaches you the most. Mred Corp Solutions taught me that:

Most importantly, it taught me that I could build more.

 

And that is exactly what I did.
